Rosalynn, born in 1994, holds a law degree from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, specialising in Medical Law. In May 2022, she completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, having passed the Second State Examination in Law. During her studies, Rosalynn gained practical legal experience in various commercial law firms, a notary's office, and at the Munich Administrative Court.

Following her admission to the German Bar, Rosalynn joined the law firm of Meisterernst Rechtsanwälte. She specialises in advising national and international companies on regulatory matters and official proceedings in national and European food law, including related competition law aspects.

Rosalynn Lützenkirchen is also a TÜV-certified human rights officer. In this role, she advises companies on the implementation of and compliance with their human rights and environmental due diligence obligations throughout their entire supply chain. She advises companies on national and European regulations such as the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), the European Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and other EU legislation in the area of sustainability.
