Lisa Eberlein, Rechtsanwältin (attorney) and bar-certified specialist for administrative law, studied law at the University of Augsburg. During her two-year legal clerkship, she already managed numerous mandates in the areas of public liability and compensation law, environmental law, construction and planning law at Wendler Tremml, a specialised regional law firm in Munich. After her admission to the bar in 2013, she worked intensively in these areas before the administrative and civil courts.

Since joining Meisterernst Rechtsanwälte in 2015, Lisa Eberlein has been handling cases involving public law, in particular administrative court disputes at all instances. In the area of food law, she uses her extensive forensic experience to represent companies in disputes with public authorities, such as in the case of withdrawal or recall orders or prohibitions on placing products on the market, public information and fine proceedings. In addition, she continues to handle public liability proceedings, and environmental, construction and planning law proceedings.

She advises in German and English and is fluent in French.
