Lawyer
Benjamin Hiller
Benjamin Hiller, né Oechsle, born in 1983, studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich. As a legal trainee and paralegal, he specialized in intellectual property law and unfair competition law. In 2014, he successfully completed the theoretical training for the certificate as specialist lawyer for intellectual property right.
Benjamin Hiller is admitted to the German Bar and joined Meisterernst Rechtsanwälte in 2017. Previously, he was responsible for all matters of patent law as well as clinical trials as an in-house lawyer at the second largest hospital in Germany (Klinikum der Universität München). After that, he practiced as lawyer in a munich-based law firm, where he advised and represented clients on issues of intellectual property law, especially unfair competition law, and food law, pharmaceutical law (including advertising of medical and pharmaceutical products), cosmetics law and chemicals law.
Benjamin Hiller supports the food law department of Meisterernst Rechtsanwälte. He advises and represents clients in and out of court and before authorities with regard to civil law, administrative law and criminal law.
He advises in German and English language.
